The brief

A mid-size manufacturer faced costly delays caused by manual inspections and inconsistent quality control data. Their teams had limited visibility into real-time performance metrics, leading to downtime and uneven production quality. We built a computer vision–based automation system that detected defects in real time and integrated with existing production and ERP systems. Within weeks, inspection times dropped, visibility improved, and production cycles became faster and more consistent.
